Confront
Face the evidence. Name the standards you have let erode and what they are costing you.
The War Room
The War Room is where successful business leaders take back Internal Command. You confront the standards you have let erode, take back command and raise the standard of your body, mind and mission. Then you keep it there.
The Erosion
From the outside, everything works. The numbers hold and people still bring you the hard calls. But the standards you know matter have become negotiable, one reasonable exception at a time. Nothing collapses. It just slips.
Training happens when the diary allows. Sleep and recovery are the first things traded away.
Available to everyone all day. Deliberate about very little.
Busy from start to finish, while the work that would actually move things stays untouched.
The people you do it all for get whatever is left at the end of the day.
The people you lead and love deserve your best. Stop giving them what’s left.
The room
Cohort One is a defined 90-programme-day pilot. Standards do not end when the programme does, but this room has a clear start and finish.
Internal Command is the discipline of leading yourself without external enforcement. You decide what matters, direct your body, mind and actions towards it, and hold the standard when compromise would be easier. The room is where that discipline is taught, practised and tested, alongside men doing the same.
Face the evidence. Name the standards you have let erode and what they are costing you.
Decide what matters, make the plan and act on it, with men who expect you to.
Review what actually happened, correct what is not working and go again. Then again.
The rhythm Identify / Plan / Execute / Optimise Repeat.
The fit
It is built for successful business leaders who refuse to accept personal decline as the price of success. Read both columns honestly.

If the left column describes you, apply. The conversation will tell us both the rest.

Who runs the room
I work with successful business leaders who refuse to accept personal decline as the price of success.
New Zealand Army physical training instructor, gym owner, business owner and CEO. I bring structure, challenge and full attention on the standard you set. I will not do the work for you. The decision to act stays yours.
Do not trust me because of a web page. Judge me in the conversation. If it is not useful on its own, walk away.
More about KrisCohort One
Cohort One begins 2 November 2026 with six to eight men. Each man chooses one theme, defines a meaningful win and works on it through action and review.
Applying commits you to nothing. Cohort One runs only if at least six men make conditional commitments, so if you are considering it, talk to me early.
Apply for Cohort OneBefore you step in
This pilot is for six to eight men who lead successful businesses and want to address a personal standard that has slipped. The application starts a conversation about fit. It does not reserve a place.
There are nine two-hour rooms built around teaching, challenge, action and review. You bring one theme and a meaningful win to pursue. The room helps you plan, act, compare your intentions with evidence and adjust.
You put your plan into practice and bring honest evidence back to the group. The programme includes a WhatsApp cohort group and a weekly office hour. Full support arrangements are set out in the written offer before you decide.
The rooms are a core part of the pilot. Eight are normally on Monday from 06:00 to 08:00 New Zealand time. Room eight is on Tuesday 9 February 2027. There are no live rooms during the 19 December to 10 January programme break. Tell us about any known conflicts during the fit conversation so you can judge whether the schedule works.
After the conversation, Kris makes a private fit decision. Selected applicants receive the full written offer and terms. The room forms with at least six conditional signatures on 16 October. If it forms, an invoice follows, with payment planned by 23 October. The investment is NZ$5,000 plus GST, or NZ$5,750 including GST.
You complete an individual closing audit and the programme ends. Your defined win is a goal to pursue, not a guaranteed outcome. Any further work would be a separate decision with its own scope and terms.
Take back Internal Command. Build success on your terms.
