MISSION: YOUR HABITS ARE RUNNING THE SHOW
ATTENTION: All.
SITUATION
You don’t rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your habits.
Most people are trying to outperform their systems. Winging it. Hoping that grit alone will carry them through the week. It won’t.
If your habits are sloppy, your results will be too.
The problem? Most people don’t design their habits. They drift into them.
And what you drift into is rarely what you want.
MISSION
Audit the habits running your life. Then build one that serves your next level.
EXECUTION
1. List 5 Daily Habits
You’re Running on Autopilot. Pick the ones you barely notice. Good, bad, neutral.
Write them down. No judgment. Just awareness.
2.Choose ONE Habit
This habit you will upgrade this Week, something small with big ripple effects.
E.g. “Phone off at 9pm” or “Move before work”.
3. Set a Simple Cue + Reward Loop
Cue: When/where it happens
Action: The habit
Reward: What you get
Example:
Cue – Wake up
Action – 10 pushups + cold water
Reward – Mental clarity + a dopamine hit
ENDSTATE
You stop running on default. You take back control of your habits. And by Friday, you’ve proved that you don’t need motivation, just a better habit system.
