SITUATION
You’ve been executing. Building habits. Showing up.
Maybe even pushing into discomfort.
But execution without clear direction is just busyness.
You don’t get results just for execution. You get results from clarity and execution.
This week, it’s time to re-aim with intent.
Because if you’re not aiming at something specific, you’re just burning energy for the sake of it.
MISSION
Clarify exactly what you’re aiming at this month. Make the target real, visible, and measurable.
EXECUTION
a. Intent: Increase focus and execution by removing ambiguity from your goals and locking in clear, tactical direction.
b. Actions:
- Define Your Q2 Mission Outcome in One Sentence
Strip out the fluff. Use active language. Focus on completion, not perfection.
E.g. “Secure 3 new clients.” “Run 20km by June 30.” “Have 10 client calls.”
- Reverse Engineer the Path
List 3–5 steps that move you toward that outcome. These are your weekly rocks.
- Set a Weekly Target
What gets done this week to move the mission forward?
Name it. Time-block it.
ENDSTATE
You no longer guess where your effort is going.
You’re locked on target, operating with precision, and making your expended energy count.
SUSTAINMENT
a. Review your target every Monday. Recalibrate based on progress, not emotion.
b. Keep your outcome and weekly rocks visible, whiteboard, mirror, phone lock screen.
BATTLEFIELD PHILOSOPHY
“If you don’t know where you’re going, you’ll end up someplace else.”
– Yogi Berra
