MISSION: OWN YOUR FIRST 60 MINUTES
ATTENTION: All.
SITUATION
How you start your day is how you live your life. Most people roll out of bed already on the back foot. Phone in hand. Mind scattered. No clear target.
You cannot build a powerful life from a reactive foundation.
You need to take command early, before the world gets a chance to shape you.
Own your first 60 minutes and you shift the momentum of the day in your favour.
Waste it and you spend the whole day trying to catch up.
MISSION
Design and execute a robust 60 minute morning protocol to start every day on your terms.
EXECUTION
1. Understand Your Key Areas
These are the 3 max areas you want to focus on.
E.g. Movement, Mindset, Mission Execution.
2.Define Your 3 Non-Negotiables
Pick three simple actions for your first hour.
E.g. 20 min Workout, 10 min Mindfulness, 30 mins Deep Work
3. Set a Hard Timings
Choose a wake up time and lock it in.
No negotiations. No “five more minutes”.
4. Run the Protocol for 7 Days Straight
Track it manually. One tick per day.
Miss a day? Restart the streak.
ENDSTATE
You stop reacting to life. You create momentum before the rest of world even wakes up.
You set the standard for how the rest of the day plays out.
