MISSION
Implement calendar blocking in your routine to optimize your productivity and ensure intentional allocation of your time.

EXECUTION

a. Intent: Develop a habit of effective time management and intentional living through the practice of calendar blocking.

b. Method:

i. Identify the tasks or activities that you need or want to accomplish each day or week. This includes business, family, work-related tasks, personal development activities, relaxation, and social commitments.

ii. Allocate specific blocks of time for each activity in your calendar, treating them as appointments with yourself that you should honor.

iii. Regularly review and adjust your schedule as necessary, keeping in mind that flexibility is key in calendar blocking.

ENDSTATE

By implementing calendar blocking, you’ll maximize your productivity, ensure effective use of your time, and cultivate a lifestyle of intentionality and control.
