SITUATION
In high-pressure situations, leaders often face increased stress and anxiety, impacting decision-making and performance. Mastering conscious breathing techniques allows leaders to remain calm, focused, and maintain control over their physical and mental state.
MISSION
Integrate conscious breathing into your daily routine to enhance mental clarity, focus, and stress management.
EXECUTION
a. Intent: Cultivate resilience and mental fortitude through the practice of conscious breathing techniques.
b. Method:
i. Choose a conscious breathing technique (e.g., Wim Hoff Method, Box Breathing, or Diaphragmatic Breathing).
ii. Dedicate at least 5-10 minutes daily to practice your chosen breathing technique.
iii. Utilise conscious breathing in high-stress situations to maintain control and focus.
SUSTAINMENT
a. Track your progress and maintain consistency in your breathing practice by setting a daily reminder.
b. Regularly assess progress and effectiveness of conscious breathing noting any improvements in stress management and mental clarity.
