MISSION: ENHANCE YOUR FOCUS WITHÂ THE “NOT TO DO” LIST
ATTENTION: All.
SITUATION
We are often enticed by countless demands and opportunities in both personal and professional spheres. This can lead to overcommitment, distraction, and ultimately dilution of focus. That is why we need a “Not To Do” list it can be a powerful tool to establish boundaries, enhance focus, and promote purposeful action in a world that’s constantly pushing for more.
MISSION
Create and maintain a personalised “Not To Do” list to promote disciplined action, focus on what truly matters, and enhance personal and professional effectiveness.
EXECUTION
a. Intent:
i. Develop discipline and focus through the use of a “Not To Do” list.
b. Method:
i. Identify actions or habits that distract, drain your energy, or detract from your key goals.
ii. Compile these actions into a “Not To Do” list. (Maximum of 10)
iii. Consistently remind yourself of this list and consciously avoid the items listed.
ENDSTATE
By cultivating the discipline of a “Not To Do” list, you’ll improve your focus, protect your time and energy, and enhance your effectiveness as a leader.

a. Regularly review and revise your “Not To Do” list to ensure it aligns with your evolving goals and circumstances.
