MISSION: CRAFTING A POWERFUL MORNING ROUTINE
ATTENTION: All.
SITUATION
In our fast-paced, always-on world, leaders are inundated with demands and distractions from the moment they wake up. This reactive start can result in a lack of focus, diminished productivity, and a strained mindset that lasts throughout the day. A personalised, intentional morning routine acts as an antidote, allowing leaders to start their day on their terms and maintain control over their time and energy.
MISSION
Develop and implement a personalised morning routine that kickstarts your day with focus, productivity, and drive.
EXECUTION
a. Intent:
i. Foster personal growth and professional effectiveness through a robust morning routine.
b. Method:
i. Identify activities that energise you and contribute to your personal and professional goals. (examples later)
ii. Design a morning routine incorporating these activities, ideally within the first 60-90 minutes of your day.
iii. Start with one activity and add another once you have conquered the first (this is called habit stacking)
iv. Consistently implement your routine, making adjustments as necessary to fit your evolving needs.
ENDSTATE
By crafting and implementing a powerful morning routine, you’ll set a positive tone for your day, boost your productivity, and build resilience, ultimately forging a more effective and balanced leader.
