Words matter so make them positive – Monday Memo 032

What do you tell yourself when you face a challenge or setback?

Our thoughts and words have a powerful impact on our beliefs and actions. When we tell ourselves positive affirmations, we can reprogram our subconscious mind and overcome limiting beliefs that hold us back.

Positive affirmations are short, simple, and positive statements that you repeat to yourself daily. They can be tailored to your specific needs and goals, and can help you cultivate self-love, confidence, and resilience.

Try incorporating positive affirmations into your daily routine. Write them down, say them out loud, and repeat them often. Over time, you’ll notice a shift in your mindset, and begin to attract more positivity and abundance into your life.

Don’t sit back and think that your affirmations will get you the results this isn’t a sit and hope scenario. But affirmations should shift your mindset to enable you to get out of your own way and get the shit done you need to be successful.

THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK:

“Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obstacle.”
